Field Mobile and Web App Development and Customization
In order for a company to move to DIRECTED WORK, OPERATIONS BY EXCEPTION, and MASTER WORK SCHEDULING, a key success factor is providing field staff with a mobile interface/app that is customized to your typical day and work flows.
That mobile app is managed typically in centralized ROCRs (Remote Operations and Collaboration Room). In these ROCRs, master scheduling, automated reporting, alarm and event management, and overall field coordination is done via a customized web application that can see all field activity in real time.
