• assisting in optimization and automation of field work flows across their Montney and Duvernay fields
• built custom developed mobile app focused on using client created and schedule eforms to drive  most work flows, based on regulatory and compliance requirements
• includes Pigging and Chemical Management workflows and various types of inspections and incident/information reporting
• various data integrations with Prodview, VTScada, and various corporate systems

Hammerhead  Resources Field Optimization

• review of field operations and daily work flows; defined a new Typical Operator Day and build of a custom mobile app to direct new typical day
• standardization of VTScada and implementation of QT VTScada Enterprise Historian BI Solution
• numerous data integrations including VTScada, Postgresql, PVR, and Maximo
• detailed review of field communications, developed new design and implemented changes, focused on improving SCADA performance and polling
• build and operation of 7 by 24 ROC (Remote Operations Room)

Finley Resources/Unita Wax Field Optimization

• optimization and standardization of their VTScada solution
• daily volumetric data integrations between VTScada and PRAMS, using the VTS REST API
• development of a 7 by 24 ROC (Remote Operations Room)
• responsible for VTScada support, configuration, integration, and design
• tuning of alarm and event management and transition to Operations by Exception via VTScada, Smart Alarms, and ROC

Crescent Point Saskatchewan Field Optimization

• worked with client to define their OT Vision  on utilizing their current field automation investment, determining a new typical Operator day, and then filling in automation and technology gaps
• review and redesign of Sask field communication network including a $500,000 field network build in SW Sask
• use of over 7,000 AFTI Watchdogs for remote monitoring
• conversion of over 4000 Pump Off Controllers to new field network
• RFP, selection, design and implementation of cloud based VTScada master SCADA systems
• creation and implementation of 8 ROC rooms across Sask
• built custom field operator mobile app providing Operators with daily Visit and Work Order lists, driven by field based ROC operators to assure “the right work gets done at the right time, at the right place”

Vermilion Energy Enterprise Historian and OT Analytics Solution

• review of field automation solutions, covering number on site automation and vendor cloud based or turnkey automation solutions
• led RFP and selection of integrated advanced OT Analytics and Optimization toolset and Enterprise Historian
• Integrated approx 10 cloud vendor automation, field automation, and corporate data sources into the enterprise historian (Prodview, Snowflake, XSPOC, ZEDI ACCESS, AFTI Watchdogs, Sask Power, Netback sources)
• executed pilot of CanaryLabs and Flow Software products
